Field Trip On 21 Aug.

Today, we had a field trip. Our destination was the Cherry Beach. And this morning, some student took the TTC to go to the beach. The else of the students carpooled to there. It was 11:00am, when we arrived there. It took us 10 minutes to wait for our classmates until all the students together. Mr. Joseph led us to see the Cherry Beach and introduced one in detail. In the meantime, we took many pictures, talked each other, walked along the beach. We saw many seal gulls on the beach. There were several boats on the Lake Ontario. The lake was surrounded by the trees. What a beautiful scenery!

It was so cool day. After walking one hour, we knew a lot information about the Cherry Beach. The time was for lunch. We all gathered together and found two table for lunch. Everybody took out the food and put on the tables. They were so delicious. After the lunch, we started to play games. The first game was "handing water-bag" between two persons. The second game was "two persons three legs." The games were so funny. They made us relax. Maybe we will never forget the time with the classmates.

Field Trip on Friday(14 Aug 2014)

Today, we visited Farintosh Farms. The farm was founded in 1976. It has about 40 years 0f histories. It is located in Gormley and the address is 11858 Waredern Avenue.

This morning, we met at Don Mills Station at 9:30. We carpooled and traveled there together. It was 10:10am when we arrived at the farm. We visited the farm market first. There were all kinds of vegetable, such as beans, cabbages, cauliflower, broccoli, eggplant, garlic, watermelons, squash, tomatoes, and sweet corn. They were all fresh and the price was reasonable. 

After visiting the farm market, we all went to the filed to pick beans. There were different colored beans.Some were green, and others were yellow. We picked the beans that we liked. And then the owner of the farm led us to the corn field. He was very nice. He showed us how to pick the corn. Most of us picked some sweet corn. Finally we went back and paid for what we picked.

The trip was over at 12:30pm. Everybody was back home with a smile.

A Day Of My Childhood

I got up at 6:00 in the morning. Then I washed my face and brushed my teeth. And then I put on my school uniforms. I had breakfast with my family at 6:30. I went to school on foot. I was never late for school.

The class started at 8:00. I had six lessons every day. I had four lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. In the morning, I had two Chinese classes and two math classes. I had lunch time at 11:45. I went back home for lunch and had a rest at home.

In the afternoon, I had two classes, one is music and one is PE classe,sometimes
that is moral education. That depended schedule. I began the class at 2:00pm and finished at 5:00pm. After school, I cleaned the classroom. Then I went home. I had with my family at 6:30pm. After dinner, I did my homework. I went to bed at 9:30pm.

Field Trip On Friday(First Aug 2014)

Today, I had a funny field trip with my classmates.

we gathered at Don Mills subway station at 9:45 morning and carpooled to Goodwill store at 10:20am. The address of the store is 350 Progress Ave. The place was first destination for the field trip. we saw a lot of people picking something that they want to buy when we arrived at the store. Wow, there are so many kinds of material, like used book, used clothes, used CD, used furniture,  used decorative pictures, used kitchen wares, used shoes,and so on. It was wonderful. what more interesting is something the price is according weigh. My one of classmates bought five books and one decorative product, total is 5.10 dollar. Wow, that is so cheap. Goodwill store's next big room is section where used material were pick,classify. there are lot of employee working. they were busy very much. It was at 11:30 when  we left the store.

Second place was to go to Thomson Memorial Park for the field trip. Organized by the Rotary Club of Scarborough, Scarborough Ribfest represents the organizations largest annual fundraising event. we saw many cars parking and a lot of people working, chatting, eating, walking there. when I smelled the delicious food, I could not help me, so I bought the pulled pork sandwich. It was so delicious. I enjoyed the food, the good view, and gathering with my classmates. 

How interesting a day! I will never forget it.
